CAA Conference Student Volunteers
Every year students play a valuable role in the success of our annual conference by helping with educational sessions, meetings, and social events. In exchange for their time, volunteers will receive free registration.
In order to qualify to be a student volunteer, you must:
- Be a current student member of CAA
- Register to be a volunteer when you complete the conference registration form
- Be a student actively enrolled in a graduate Audiology program at the time of the CAA conference
- Agree to volunteer for one pre-conference or main conference session.
In addition, you are also expected to attend the Student Volunteer Reception. Students who do not successfully complete their assignments will be responsible for the on-site price of student member registration.
All student volunteers will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the limited number of student volunteer positions, priority will be given to graduate students who, by the month of the conference, will be in their second or in their final year of study at a Canadian Audiology program. Soon after your completed application is received by CAA, you will be notified if you have been accepted as a volunteer, and the duties that have been assigned to you. Interested students are encouraged to register as soon as possible. For further information, please contact us at
